01. Who this notice covers
ZUBTA LLC operates the ZUBTA website and is responsible for the information it receives through its business inquiries. Our principal office is 2354 RUSTIC ROADS DR, SOUTH JORDAN, UT 84095, United States. Contact support@zubta.com with privacy questions.
This notice covers website visitors, business contacts, and individuals whose information may be needed to assess or provide a requested ZUBTA service. These may include authorized representatives, directors, beneficial owners, senders and recipients. Verification and transaction categories below apply only where relevant to the service and applicable requirements; visiting this site does not initiate onboarding or verification. Any additional notice supplied for a particular process should be read alongside this one.
02. Website visits and inquiries
If you email us, we receive your email address, the content of your message and any information you choose to include. An initial inquiry should normally contain your business name, work contact details, location and a description of the service you need.
Business inquiries are handled by email. The email link opens your own email application; the website does not submit an inquiry or collect verification documents. Hosting infrastructure may process an IP address, browser information, requested pages, request times and security logs to deliver and protect the site.
03. Business verification (KYB)
When evaluating a business relationship, we may request the legal and trading names, entity type, registration number, tax identification number, incorporation date and jurisdiction, registered and operating addresses, website and business contact details. Supporting documents may include a formation certificate, registry extract, governing documents, business license where relevant, proof of business address and evidence that a representative is authorized to act.
We may also need an explanation of business activity, ownership and control structure, directors, shareholders and ultimate beneficial owners, together with expected payment activity, commercial counterparties and the purpose of the requested service. The documents needed depend on the business and the proposed activity; this is not a request to submit every category listed.
04. Individual verification (KYC)
For relevant individuals, information may include full name, date of birth, nationality, country of residence, residential address, work role, contact details and ownership or control interest. Where necessary for verification, we may request a government-issued identification document, its number, issuing country and validity dates, an address document, and a signature or authorization record. Tax identifiers may be requested where needed for an applicable requirement.
Government identifiers and financial details can be sensitive information under applicable law. Provide them only through a channel confirmed for the specific verification process. This website does not capture selfies, biometric templates or liveness checks. If a future verification process requires photographs, video or biometric processing, its method, purpose, provider, retention and any required consent must be explained before collection; this notice alone is not consent to that processing.
05. Payments, settlement and supporting records
For a requested USD payment, cross-border payment, conversion or stablecoin settlement, relevant records may include sender and recipient names, bank account and routing details, wallet addresses, the agreed asset and network, amounts, dates, payment references, transaction identifiers and settlement outcomes.
We may request invoices, contracts or other documents explaining the commercial purpose, source of funds and, where necessary, source of wealth. Bank statements or other funding evidence may be relevant to that review. Public blockchain records may reveal addresses and transaction activity and may remain publicly available independently of ZUBTA. Never provide private keys, seed phrases, account passwords or authentication codes.
06. Where verification information may come from
Information may be provided by you, by your business or an authorized representative, or by the parties to a requested payment. Where relevant and permitted, verification may use company registries, public records, sanctions or politically exposed person screening information, relevant public reporting, and information supplied by a verification or payment provider involved in that process. A potential screening match is not, by itself, a finding of wrongdoing.
If you provide another person’s information, ensure that you are authorized or otherwise legally entitled to do so, provide them with this notice where required, and keep the information accurate. We may request clarification or updated documents when needed.
07. Why information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, assess a requested service, verify identity and authority, understand a business relationship, carry out agreed payment instructions, maintain transaction records, resolve questions or disputes, and protect communications and services. Relevant verification information may also support fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering and sanctions checks, and compliance with legal obligations that apply to the activity.
Where a legal basis is required, the relevant basis may be steps requested before a contract or performance of a contract, a legal obligation, a legitimate business interest balanced against individual rights, or consent where required. A particular basis depends on the processing and applicable law. If information needed for a requested service cannot be provided or verified, that service may not be available.
08. When information may be shared
Access should be limited to people and service providers who need the information for the relevant purpose. Depending on the process, recipients may include hosting and email providers, identity or business verification providers, payment or settlement providers, professional advisers, and the sender or recipient of a payment to the extent necessary to process it.
Information may also be disclosed in response to a lawful requirement, to establish or defend legal claims, or to address suspected fraud or security incidents where permitted. A recipient acting independently may have its own privacy notice. Before sensitive documents are requested through an external verification service, the relevant collection notice should identify the provider and its role.
09. Cookies and website controls
The ZUBTA site does not include advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts or marketing cookies. Language selection follows the page URL; search and currency illustrations run in your browser. The site does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Hosting access controls may use their own essential technology.
If optional analytics or marketing technology is introduced, this notice and any required consent controls must be updated before it is used. Currency selections on the product illustrations do not create an order, account or transaction.
10. Retention and protection
Information should be retained only for the period needed for its stated purpose, including relevant legal recordkeeping, dispute handling and security needs. The appropriate period depends on the information, the service, applicable requirements and whether a legal hold applies. A specific statutory retention period is not asserted for every type of record. Contact us about the retention criteria relevant to your information.
Access, transfer and storage arrangements should match the sensitivity of the information. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Confirm the intended recipient and the approved submission channel before sending identity or financial records. Do not upload these documents into the general inquiry form or send them unsolicited by email.
11. International processing
ZUBTA LLC is based in the United States. Communications, hosting or a requested service may involve processing in a country other than your own. The countries involved depend on the service and the providers used. A language option on this website does not establish availability in a particular jurisdiction.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, the relevant transfer must use an appropriate legal mechanism and required notices. Contact us for the information applicable to a proposed service.
12. Your rights and requests
Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights to know about or access personal information, receive a copy, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Some laws also provide rights relating to portability, appeals or complaints to a supervisory authority. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Send requests to support@zubta.com and describe your relationship with ZUBTA and the request. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity or an agent’s authority. Rights can be subject to exceptions, including required recordkeeping and the rights of others. Where an appeal or complaint right applies, we will explain the relevant route. Do not include identity documents in your initial email unless a verified submission method has been agreed.
13. Automated decisions and children
The website’s currency illustrations and search do not assess your eligibility, verify identity or make decisions about a payment. If a service introduces a solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects, the relevant process must provide the notices and safeguards required by applicable law, including information about review rights where applicable. No such automated onboarding process is operated by this website.
This website is intended for business use and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to ZUBTA, contact support@zubta.com so the circumstances can be reviewed.
14. Updates and contact
This notice may change when website functions, service processes or applicable requirements change. The date shown on this page identifies the latest revision. Additional notice will be provided where required for a material change.
